The YMCA Mission: To put Christian principles into practice through programs that build healthy spirit, mind and body for all. To achieve our mission we strive to instill the four character values of Caring, Honesty, Respect and Responsibility in all programming.
A membership with the Knox County YMCA features a Gym, Family Gym, Pool, Sauna, Racquetball Court, Jungle Gym, Game Room, Wellness Center, Weight Room, Fitness Studio, Indoor Track, Childwatch Room, Group Exercise Classes, Aquatic Exercise Classes, Wellness Coaching, Multi-Purpose Room and Cold Plunges. We also offer subsidies and scholarships for those without the ability to pay.
