This 5-part series is led by Dr. Pete Kehoe\, Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team and Kelly Poyner\, both locally from The Transformational Team.\n\n\n\nBased on the work of Dr Tim Elmore and his book A New Kind of Diversity\,  leader's and anyone on the team will gain an understanding of the different generations\, which can be up to FIVE generations in the workplace or within organizations today.
