About Us
Envision Insurance Group started as Miller Dredge Insurance Agency and has a long history in Galesburg, tracing its roots back to 1927 with the Chandler, Hinchman Agency and the L.D. Johnson Agency. The agency formally began doing business as Miller Dredge in 1979, as an independent agency that has always aligned itself with highly rated and trusted insurance companies.
Our current owner Jeff Peterson opened our Peoria office in 1993. He then purchased Miller Dredge Insurance Agency in 2005 from Larry Miller.
Envision Insurance Group was founded in 2007 and is the parent company for the acquisition of Larry O’Russa Agency in 2013, 2018 Mid Illinois Insurance and Legacy Insurance in 2018.
