Estes is a construction manager and general contractor headquartered in Davenport, Iowa. We plan, budget, schedule, and manage commercial construction projects. We’re like the quarterback who calls the plays: Estes gets the right players in the right place, at the right time, doing the right thing for a successful outcome. The family-operated company has evolved over the last 55+ years to serve a broader range of business owners and non-profits and has expanded with multiple Midwest offices.
