Professional Development Committee

Bobby is the Director of Quality Management at Bridgeway. A Galesburg native, he and his wife Nancy have raised their three children in our community. He is a graduate of GHS, Carl Sandburg College, and Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where he received his master’s degree in Rehabilitation Administration and Services. For thirty-two years prior to working at Bridgeway he was the Executive Director and Administrator at St. Mary’s Square Living Center here in Galesburg until it’s closing in 2013. Focused on helping others improve their personal and business endeavors, Bobby became a part of the Chamber’s Professional Development Committee in 2014. Bobby is a board member of Camp Kidz, a Distinguished Toastmaster and a past District 54, Division Governor for Toastmasters International. Bobby speaks on communication and leadership skills development.
