Creativity Yoga

Join Lindsay Bayer at a new time for her Kids Yoga & Story Time! Children and a caregiver are invited to attend this special yoga class with poses, games, and activities that will inspire creativity! Participants will engage their minds and bodies through stories, movement, relaxation, deep breathing, and yoga games. Children AND adults will learn fun and helpful ways to get fit, promote calm, and maintain focus. Designed for children 3-10, but children of all ages are welcome! $10 for each child/adult duo.
