The Now Normal Series: Geniuses at Work
The Now Normal Series is a personal development opportunity to get back to growing ourselves, leaving into our teams and growing our businesses. This 5-part series is led by Dr. Pete Kehoe, Executive Director of The John Maxwell Team and Kelly Poyner, both locally from The Transformational Team.
Prepare for a quick 60-minute lunch and aimed to pack a punch! Based on the book Six Types of Working Genius by Patrick Lencioni, participants will gain an understanding of what brings joy and fulfillment to some at work, contentment for others and frustration for too many at work. The concepts will help organizations to put people in the correct seat and tips for hiring to create a “Genius Team”.

All sessions in the series are being provided at no cost by the hosts as a community opportunity. If you wish to order lunch, a nominal fee to cover the cost of the meal will be included. Please consider supporting our local restaurant establishments by joining for lunch. We will feature each session at a different local spot!
This event is being hosted at 156 East and includes lunch, soft drink, tax and gratuity for $20.
