The Philanthropy & Engagement Manager at Monmouth College is a full-time administrative staff position within the Department of Development and College Relations, reporting to the Director of Alumni Engagement. Responsibilities include assisting with the planning, execution, and evaluation of alumni engagement events—such as Homecoming, reunions, and donor relations activities—while supporting Monmouth’s community outreach and annual giving campaigns. The role also involves managing targeted fundraising solicitations, maintaining stewardship plans, as well as supporting the Vice President with scheduling and communications. The position requires relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment. Evening and weekend work may be necessary to coordinate major programs and events.
