Retail Sales Associate
Fashion Farm Boutique is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong interest in fashion, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping experience
- Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming store environment
- Assisting with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations
- Working collaboratively with the boutique team
- Representing the Fashion Farm Boutique brand in a professional manner
Qualifications & Availability:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive, professional attitude
- Dependable and able to work well as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work at both boutique locations as needed
- Availability 3–4 weekdays
- Availability for 2 Saturdays per month, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
Position: Full-Time 30 hrs/week or Part-Time
